You are about to pay a small Singapore company to work on your website, so before you do you should be able to read, in one page, who we are, what a plan actually buys, what nobody in this field can promise you, how to stop, and what happens if it goes wrong. That is this page. No legal fog — one honest limit at the end, said out loud rather than buried.
The short version
AIFindr is run by Kyly CST Pte Ltd, a company registered in Singapore, UEN 201942481M. When you pay, the name on your card statement is KYLY CST PRIVATE LIMITED — that is us. Card payments are processed by Airwallex, and answers to anything on this page come from hello@scalesmes.com within 1 working day, Singapore time.
The free part. The GAS audit and the five-minute check are free, take no card details, and oblige you to nothing. You send us a website address and an email we can reply to; we come back with a score and what is holding you back. That is the whole transaction, and you can walk away after it.
The paid part. The monthly plans buy optimisation work on your website: technical work so search and answer engines can fetch and read your pages, structured data, self-contained answers worth quoting, keyword and competitor work, and a monthly GAS Score report. What each tier includes — the number of keywords, how many competitors are compared, which report you get — is printed on the pricing page, and that printed list is what you are buying.
We do not promise you a position, a ranking or a mention inside ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI answers or any other answer engine. Nobody can honestly promise that: those systems decide what they quote, and they change their minds without telling anyone. If a page anywhere on this site sounds like a guarantee of placement, this page wins — there is no guarantee, and no page of ours buys a slot in an answer.
What we do promise is the work and the evidence: that the improvements named on your tier are made, that your monthly GAS Score report arrives, that the competitor comparison reflects the week it covers, and that when a month moved nothing we say so in the report instead of dressing it up.
14 days to change your mind, refunded in full and without asking why; cancel any time and the plan simply runs to the end of the month already paid for; and a charge made when you had only asked for the free audit is refunded in full whenever it happened. How to ask, how long each step takes, and the one honest limit are all set out on the refund & cancellation policy page, which forms part of these terms.
Your website, your content, your brand and your customer data stay yours — we make changes, we do not take ownership of anything. What we keep is our own side of the work: our reports, score tables, methods and templates. Your monthly report is yours to use inside your business as you like. What we know about your site stays private — the privacy notice says exactly what we hold and how to have it deleted.
We do this work with reasonable care and skill, which is the standard Singapore law expects of a service like ours. If we fail to deliver what your tier promises, our remedy is to put it right or refund the month — whichever you prefer. Beyond that, our responsibility for any claim connected with a plan is limited to the fees you paid us for the month in question. We are not able to take on unlimited liability for a $54-a-month subscription, and we would rather say so on this page than have you discover it in small print somewhere.
We may update this page as the service changes. The date at the top always shows the current version, and the new version applies from the day we publish it. If a change would reduce what you get for the money you have already paid, we tell you by email before it takes effect and you may cancel with that month refunded.
These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and any dispute belongs in the Singapore courts. Before anything formal, please email hello@scalesmes.com — a person reads it and replies within 1 working day, and most of these are over in one message. Nothing on this page removes or reduces any right you have as a consumer under Singapore law, including the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act; if we cannot settle something between us, you may approach the Consumers Association of Singapore (CASE).
